PCa (Precast Concrete) Method

PCa method is an industrialized reinforced concrete (RC) method involving the use of factory produced PCa parts instead of full or in part production of cast-in-situ concrete.

Features

  1. Environmentally friendly due to superior resource conservation.
  2. Reduction of building site tasks and temporary materials (wooden frames, outer castings).
  3. On site schedule reduction.
  4. Total cost reduction. Highly durable and quality based structure for civil engineering projects.
  5. Enables construction during midwinter when concrete cannot be cast.

W-PC (Wall-type Precast Reinforced Concrete) Method

W-PC method is an industrialized method of precasting (PCa) based on the structure of conventional methods (wall-type reinforced concrete construction method).
Other than the general W-PC method, Nakano also employs our own T-LC (technically low cost) method involving the non use of welding joints.

Features of T-PC Method

A method enabling flexible planning and design through combination of the full PCa conventional method. It also enables balcony and corridor design with an enhanced range of variations.

Application

Best suited to low-rise housing complexes with 5 or fewer levels.

WR-PC (Wall-type Ramen Precast Reinforced Concrete) Method

The WR-PC method involves pre-casting (PCa) based on conventional pre-casting method (wall ramen reinforced concrete construction). This method employs a ramen like structure across the beam direction and an independent multi-storey structural wall in the span direction. (General permission obtained by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport)

Features

Provides a comfortable living space free of columns and beams.

Application

Best suited to mid-rise residential complexes of up to 15 levels.

R-PC (Ramen Precast Reinforced Concrete) Method

R-PC method is an industrialized method of pre-casting (PCa) based on the structure of conventional methods (ramen reinforced concrete construction method). Other than the general R-PC method, Nakano also employs an environmentally friendly method to further streamline molding casts and reduce construction debris through the adoption of thin PCa parts with self-contained main reinforcement.

Features

Ramen structure without quake-proof walls allow for flexible floor planning.

Application

A wide range of applications including residential complexes, hospitals, offices, shopping centers, and warehouses.
